Bring your Beads and Let the Good Times Roll ~ N'Awlins Style!

Enjoy a Champange Cocktail Reception with Blue Cheese Biegnets as Chef introduces himself and goes over the nights N'AWLINS THEMED  menu and demonstrates some basic cuts and important safety techniques before getting broken up into teams.

Then let the "hands-on" cooking begin as you slice, dice, chop, laugh, and dance while each team creates a delicious dish from the four-course menu under the guidance of Chef and the staff.

Specialties may include N'Awlins Gumbo, Potato Crusted Salmon Fillet, Brennans Steak Diane au Poivre, Pork Tenderloin with Marchand de Vin Sauce, Commanders Palace Bread Pudding Souffle or Bananas Foster.

When we finish chopping, searing, and grilling, we'll sit down to enjoy our own festive party.
