Enjoy special guest appearances from Emily Trainor of Queen Bee Market, Colleen Ries of Sub-Zero Candy, and Chef Abel Rosas, owner of Elena Catering, who will be preparing a festive Cinco-inspired feast for the evening.
You’ll also have the chance to meet leading cancer research doctors from the Spring 2026 Forbeck Scholar Retreat while helping raise vital funds to fight cancer. Taste, explore, and support an incredible cause
Enjoy an elegant evening traveling from East Troy to Phantom Lake in Mukwonago while enjoying a gourmet dinner and celebrating Mother’s Day. Your dinner begins with a Wisconsin cheese board, followed by burrata, arugula and compressed cantaloupe salad, and your entrée is a Petite Filet Oscar (grilled filet topped with jumbo prawns, bearnaise & asparagus spears) served on a bed of spring vegetables and toasted Israeli couscous. Enjoy a chocolate trifle cheesecake for dessert. $125 per person. A cash bar is available. This is the SATURDAY evening before Mother's Day. Advance ticket purchase is required.
